VendeeX is a Community based eCommerce platform for BUYERS.

Buyers place wanted ads for the things you need at a price you are prepared to pay. Join or create communities to trade goods between your school group, sporting club, and community. Get involved in a sharing economy. Support those in need by making donations-in-kind.

FOR BUYERS:
VendeeX is built around the buyer, the vendee, rather than the seller, the vendor.

VendeeX connects the buyer with sellers to get what the buyer wants, at the price the buyer is prepared to pay. Sometimes this will mean buying, on other occasions it might mean borrowing from neighbours, or renting for a short period.

VendeeX is a truly unique eCommerce platform focused on C2C (consumer-to-consumer) from the buyers point of view – the vendee.

As a Buyer you will submit a Request for a product that you want to Buy or Borrow/Rent.

Provide as much information as possible, and if you have a photograph submit a photograph as well. Then enter the details:

How much you are prepared to pay for the item that you want
Whether you need the item to be New or Pre-Loved (used)
When you need the item
Will you pick up the item from a local supplier or do you want it shipped
And then you wait for sellers to make you Offers … you then get to select which offer you want to accept. After accepting an offer, you pay and organise shipping or collection.

FOR SELLERS:
VendeeX is a different kind of eCommerce site. VendeeX is built around the needs of the Buyer. A Buyer will submit a Request and sellers will make Offers to provide products to fulfil that Request.

As a Seller you can search for Buyers who are looking for products that you have available, or who are in your area and you can service
As a seller, the first step is to search and find a buyer looking for your products. We have a unique Search_Bar designed just for you. On the Search_Bar you enter what products you can provide and where you can provide them. When you hit the search button we will bring back a list of al the Buyers looking for the products that you have to offer.

We also have a menu bar running along the top of the browser with categories that you can select to refine your search. We will help you find a buyer!

To make an Offer and to complete a Transaction you need to become a Member. There is no charge for becoming a Member. If you represent a business then you need to provide business registration details. You can also join as a Member, and buy and sell to your hearts’ content.

As a Seller you will submit an Offer for a Request that has been made by a Buyer.

How much you are prepared to sell the item for
* Whether it is new or used
* When you can deliver the item
* How it will be delivered

If the Buyer likes your offer, then they will accept, make payment, and ask you to organise delivery

FOR CHARITIES:
We have seen that many charities are now seeking assistance of a more material kind, rather than cash: books, children’s clothes, blankets, used computers, telephones and the like. To us this is a great thing, and we want to support giving in any way we can.

We make it easy for charities and individuals to request donations. These donations will be for material things (not money), things that they need.

We allow any Member to post a Request for a Donation-in-Kind. VendeeX does not support cash donations

If you are a Registered Charity, when you post requests for donations-in-kind, VendeeX will provide additional administrative support by providing you with reports of all the donations that you have accepted and the value that was placed on those donations.
